To communicate the benefits of Philips’ M2OE CRM System to internal stakeholders, Greenkern creatively translated defined key messages into a movie storyline that highlighted the system’s key functions and its positive impact on employees’ daily work.
Greenkern approached this project by first ensuring clear and consistent messaging for all target groups, before showcasing the benefits of M2OE through real office situations – with real Philips Health Care employees.
After developing a creative theme, messages were packed into greatly engaging motion graphics in order to highlight key take-outs for target audiences and deliver a clear and utmost memorable call to action (that could even be used for internal communication beyond the movie). Finally, the movie was used to engage all target audiences and to help drive the usage of M2OE.
